A light wine with a delicate pink hue with a light cherry flavor, it is a California wine made from the red grape, Zinfandel that is given minimal skin contact. The skins are removed from the juice soon after pressing to avoid color transfer and the resulting wine is very low in tannin and consumable when quite young.
