Orders usually ship within 24 weekday hours of ordering. Your order ships directly from our store, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific style. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items on their way to you as fast as possible.
All products are shipped Canada Post. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer exchanges. If the item you purchase is not suitable, simply return it for a refund and re-order.
Customers must arrange return of the item at their expense. Returned items must be un-used and in the original packaging. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to process your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will begin processing your refund once we have received the return.
